Relocation Management Consultant (Based in Bangalore, India)

Our client , a well known and established industry leader in global mobility and workforce development support to organizations worldwide.

Job Requirement

-Must have Relocation, International compensation and expatriate management experience and work in a MNC environmenet before

-Professional and business maturity in handling clients

-Tax or compensation/ benefits experience preferred

-Worked onsite the client’s location preferred

-Highly dependent and motivated

Job Description

-Onsite position at the client’s site

-Primary internal contact for HR, Hiring Managers and Relocating Employees

-Provide Strategic guidance in relation to international employee moves

-Support managers & HR in relation to international assignment vs international transfer decision making

-Provision of subject matter expertise for policy and process

-Ensure process compliance to protect client & relocating employees

-Coordination of outsourced vendor relationship

-Manage escalations in relation to internal/external partners. Involve other key stakeholders where appropriate

-Drive the international relocation process, troubleshoot and advise

-Guide HR and managers in managing exceptions

-Provide information to managers on issues impacting IA success including cost, culture and tax issues

-Initial consultation with manager, employee and HR on process/timelines and provision of forms to be completed (CERF) for cost estimates

-Manage the entire cost estimates end to end process by working in tandem with the Compensation Team in Cendant

-Coordinates necessary employee changes in PeopleSoft (International MOCHA)

-Assists with coordinating provision of company auto in work location if applicable

-May assist with the decision making process at end of assignment (repatriation, extension, localization or re-assignment)

-Notify appropriate parties of international assignees repatriating

-Process international MOCHA at end of assignment to make necessary changes in PeopleSoft

-Liasion between company and client

-Liaison with employee and Managers

-Primary external contact for the employee

Working hours/ Working Location/ Salary range

-The salary range will be between INR52600 to INR57600 per month.

-The salary is based on 12 months, they pay a retention bonus of 1 month after each year of completed service and an incentive of 7.5% based on 12-month’s pay.
