We are looking at Telephone Service Advisors who would be catering to Company's Credit card and personal banking customers pan India.
To provide courteous & timely service to customers with a view to resolving the query / complaint in totality while ensuring that the overall benchmarks set for call handling are adhered to.
To communicate correct product information and turn around times to customers while handling requests and complaints.
Cross-sale :Recognize sales opportunities and generate leads
Identify, understand and resolve customer requests or complaints
To record issues, complaints and enquiries on Call disposition and E-helpline.
Adhere to Audit, Compliance and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that customer details are updated appropriately and verify the same on a regular basis.
The service advisors will be required to provide information and assistance on various products and services offered by the bank to customers through professional, timely and effective service.
Bright Graduates/post Graduates between ages 18-30 years with excellent communication skills and an aptitude for customer service would be best suited for the role.
Candidates should possess good inter-personal skills and a passion to keep learning while delivering effective service to our customers.
While it will be an advantage if the candidates have prior experience, Freshers can also apply.
Graduate with minimum 40%. Knowledge of Hindi and English a must.
All Full Time Staff are expected to work in 9 hour shifts, 5 days a week.
Rotational Shifts of 9 hours between 7am to 9pm.
Very occasional / rare night shifts from 9pm to 7am (1 week once in 2 months)
All Part Time Staff are expected 4 and a half to 5 hours a day, anytime between 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (As per the Roster)
