Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians and Support Staff to ensure the smooth running of projects.
- Allocate manpower and resources within approved budget
- To provide operational support to ensure compliance in project specifications, schedules and contractual terms
- Liaise with Clients and Contractors
- Provide safety leadership and ensure safety policies are followed at all levels
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the Construction of projects related to Process (pharmaceutical / petrochemical / refinery) Industry.
- Experience in Fabrication and Erection of piping.
- Hands on experience in project or construction management.
- Good understanding of vendor and resource management.
