- Disseminate Product information.
- Branch Merchandising.
- Supervise & Monitor Personal Banker desks and contract sales staff.
- Lobby management.
- Authorise PB transactions.
- Review Daily Accounts Opened, report and update SS cards with account number.
- Monitoring all Dummy accounts.
- Monitor and follow up on all Complaints.
- Branch administration.
- Generate business, cross sell and monitor cross sales of Personal Bankers.
- Responsible for acquisition through direct sales to walk-in as well as referrals from walk-in customers.
- Deepening of relationship with existing customers who walk-in, through cross sell of all products and services.
- Enhancing the value of existing accounts.
- Retention of existing portfolio.
- Corporate salaries processing.
- Requirements:
- Candidate must possess BA/BCom/BScBBA/BCAMA/MCom/MBA/PGDBA/PGPM in any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): Direct Sales & Marketing, Team Handling, Customer Service.
- Preferred skill(s): Interpersonal and Influential skills.
- Required language(s): English, Hindi.
- Sales/Marketing skills is required.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Banking Operations is required.
