Asst Manager / Manager (Planned Mech Maint - Alum Machining)
(Aurangabad)

Responsibilities:

• Carryout planned maintenance activities of Machines in Steel & Alum M/c Shop.
• Follow TPM standards / concepts to upkeep the various equipments.
• Plan and implement TBM & CBM activities of PM Pillar.
• Addressing countermeasures to the problems of the equipments.
• Planning and indenting requirements of M/c Spares considering inventory, lead time of procurement and cost.
• Communication and Coordination with other departments for requirement of various services for smooth functioning of M/c Shops.
• Effective communication with the people down the level and people at higher level.
• Guide subordinates on daily issues and get the work done from them more effectively.
• Should have exposure for maintenance of General Purpose M/cs, Vertical Machining centers (e.g NTC, AMS make), Horizontal Machining centers (e.g. Nigata, NTC make), Angular Wheel head CNC Grinders and Special Purpose Machines, Robodrill etc. used for manufacturing machine shop components required for Automobile.
• Exposure to Cam profile Grinders and Induction Hardening M/c would have added advantage.
• Should have knowledge and exposure in implementation and sustenance of TPM systems in M/c Shops.
• Exposure to pheripheral equipments like cooling towers, Air compressors up to 200 CFM capacity, High pressure pumps, chilling units would be an added advantage.
• Exposure and knowledge of basic Electrical systems / maintenance and Mechatronics would be also an added advantage.
• Should be aggressive and target oriented.
• Should have effective communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
