Position: Mobile COE (Center of Excellence) Head

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 10 to 20 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. This person will work as Mobile CoE Dy.

2. Head to establish CoE per internal guidelines.

3. Should be collaborating with multiple stakeholders and help building the CoE for business proposition.

MANDATARY SKILLS:

1. 10 + years of Software background.

2. Last 3 years on mobile based project development and/ or management.

3. Strong knowledge of multiple mobile platforms like Symbian, iPhone, WinMo, J2ME, Plam etc.

4. Strong project/ delivery management background.

5. Understanding of mobile and wireless networking and communication and its challenges.

6. Exposure to pre-sales and RFP process.

7. Strong client management exposure.

8. Good communication skill.

9. Good amount of process exposure.

10. Should be a team player and should have managed a team of 15/ 20 people.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Extremely strong techno managerial skills.
